Asine Privacy Policy

Asine is a property maintenance product provided by Syc&More (www.sycnmore.com). This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Asine Android app or the Asine admin website.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email address, password, role (tenant, technician, or property manager), property, and unit number.
• Maintenance data: work orders, descriptions, photos, videos, chat messages, and assignment status.
• App and site activity: sign-in session, online/last-seen status, and notifications (if you allow them).
• Device: the Android app does not request location, contacts, or the advertising ID. The app and website need internet access to function.

How we use information

We use this information to create and manage your account, route and complete work orders, let tenants, technicians, and property staff communicate, send verification and password emails, and keep the service secure.

How we share information

Work-order and chat data is visible to the people involved in that request (for example a tenant, assigned technician, and property staff). We store account and app data with our hosting and authentication provider (Supabase). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and work-order data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service or meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account using the contact below.

Security

Passwords are handled through our authentication provider. Session tokens stay on your device so you can stay signed in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Asine is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
